Convert safety helmet into a welding helmet

The new Beta e for SH product range provides cost-efficient occupational safety with full head and face protection as well as the ability to wear the hard hat (safety helmet) even while welding.

The Beta e for SH product range consists of Beta e90 SH welding mask with passive or automatic darkening filter, the Beta e397 Kemppi branded Kask hard hat and the Kask earmuffs. The Beta e90P and e90A complete kit is a ready to wear package which includes the welding mask, hard hat and the earmuffs.

Beta e90 SH welding masks are equipped with either passive or auto-darkening lenses so they provide improved occupational safety with full face and head protection against sparks and spatters as well as the ability to wear the hard hat with the mandatory hearing protection while welding. The Beta e for SH product range is compatible with the Kask, Petzl and Zekler hard hats with passive earmuffs.

Quick and secure installation to the hard hat earmuff holder enables easy shifting into different work modes. Clicking the visor into three positions enables multiple use from welding to grinding and inspection. The flip-up welding lens cassette holder provides three fixed positions: fully closed, fully open, or the convenient GapView position, setting a limited clear view of the work area, which is ideal for setting and tack welding tasks.

Making weld cleaning easy and cost-efficient

Making weld cleaning easy and cost-efficient

Welding is all around us. It binds together the metals to build structures essential to our everyday lives. However, beyond the visible sparks and strong connections, there's an aspect often underestimated: weld cleaning. Especially with stainless steels, proper weld cleaning not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the weld but also ensures its strength, durability, and overall quality.
