The operational equipment training aims to familiarize and guide the users to gain deeper understanding of our equipment. This training is done welding equipment by welding equipment, ensuring that the everyday user can perform at the highest level and utilize the welding equipment to its fullest capacity. We want to make sure that you will strive to succeed, whatever your welding application might be. When the welder understands the welding equipment, they are more likely to optimize the usage of the equipment and achieve better welds.
This training can take place either at Kemppi premises or at your own location. Training that takes place in your facilities is implemented as a separate service. The operational equipment training is mainly targeted for the personnel who use the welding equipment and for management-level personnel. The training is also suitable for Kemppi representatives.

Welding equipment maintenance training
As with any machine, welding equipment needs maintenance work. This ensures that the equipment is always capable of delivering the best possible results. Kemppi repair and maintenance training includes welding equipment maintenance and minor repair work. This training can be targeted for both welders and service team members separately.
In general, the equipment should be inspected frequently to keep it running and maintaining its capabilities for a longer life time. Proper maintenance and proactive repair work helps to prevent major damage and keep equipment in good welding condition. Regular maintenance work should include:
