Ergonomic handle design

Anatomically shaped handle with a firm grip reduces wrist loading while welding. The handle cover, trigger and gun remote control are quick and easy to change. The pistol grip handle is included in standard delivery specification in all Flexlite GX welding gun models. It allows a natural wrist position, which makes the work easier and more effortless, especially when doing long welds.

Smart cable design

Flexible cable sets and ball-jointed cable protection reduce wrist torque, which makes the work easier and more effortless. The cable set features replaceable internal cables and hoses. Strong, spring-protected cable end prevents sudden bends and protects the hoses inside the cable.

Clean and spatter-free MIG welding

Separate shielding gas channels and the cooling circulation that is running to the end of the gun neck keep the neck cooler and enable cleaner welds, less spatters and reduced shielding gas consumption.

Innovative neck cooling system

According to the tests new Flexlite GX series has up to 35 % lower contact tip temperatures compared to a corresponding other welding guns. Innovative multi-channel cooling system extends the lifetime of contact tips and other consumables.

Less parts, lower costs

The number of changeable parts has been reduced by improving cross-matching across the models. This lowers inventory costs and makes Flexlite MIG welding guns perfect for workshop cost management.

Make adjustments right on the spot

Optional on-torch remote controls allow accurate and immediate welding current adjustment and memory channel selection at a distance. Available for Series 5 and 8 welding guns.

Better visibility with work lights

Series 8 welding guns feature optional LED work lights to aid pre-weld positioning and post-weld visibility. Work lights provide better visibility in low-light working conditions.

Easy access to information

Every Flexlite GX welding gun is equipped with a QR code that takes you effortlessly to relevant ordering codes, consumables, product documents, and Kemppi contact info.

Wire feeder connectivity

Series 3 and 5 welding gun models have a universal Euro connection to the wire feeder. This enables their connectivity with the most MIG/MAG welding equipment brands. Series 8 welding guns have a special Kemppi connector, allowing accurate data collection from the welding arc.

The heat resistance of the HD welding gun makes a welder's work more efficient

The heat resistance of the HD welding gun makes a welder's work more efficient

When the workload gets heavy and the days get longer, both welders and their welding guns heat up. Emotions can be cooled down with a cup of coffee, but the welding gun only cools down by taking regular breaks. To keep these breaks as short as possible, optimizing the thermal conductivity and heat resistance of the welding gun are important in daily work.
