Connecting Kemppi's cobot-ready welding machine with a cobot saves time and money and offers a kick-start to automated welding.

Press and weld with GXe-C

The GXe-C cobot torch is quick to integrate with your cobot solution, and simple to operate with accessible push-buttons.

Welding power for different applications

Kemppi has a wide range of cobot-ready welding machines to meet even the most demanding 24/7 welding requirements.

Boost your welding performance with cobot welding

Collaborative robots, or cobots, have come to the markets with force since they offer lightweight design, flexibility, and intelligence with a reasonable investment. Operators can quickly teach cobots specific welding applications and have them work on actual welding while operators can concentrate on other activities.

Kemppi's solution for cobots is easy and fast to set up. It consists of a welding machine (including a power source, wire feeder, and cobot welding torch) as a base, a compact Digital Connectivity Module (DCM) that connects the welding machine to the cobot, and the Kemppi Cobotics mobile app.

Kemppi offers a wide range of cobot-ready and high-performance alternatives for the welding machine. The Master M 355, Master M 358, X5 FastMig, and X5 FastMig Pulse welding machines can be hooked up with cobots using the intuitive Kemppi Cobotics mobile app and the Modbus TCP interface. For other interfaces (e.g., EtherNet/IP), an additional converter is required – contact Kemppi's representative for available converters.

For the most demanding industrial welding applications, Kemppi offers the AX cobot welding system, designed for intense 24/7 cobot welding and featuring advanced automation capabilities, such as Touch Sense.

The Flexlite GXe-C cobot torch series makes Kemppi precision, reliability, and durability available for cobot solutions at the push of a button. It is cobot-ready and designed to 'plug-in-and-weld'. The uniquely adjustable bracket makes achieving and securing the optimum torch position easier.

Making weld cleaning easy and cost-efficient

Making weld cleaning easy and cost-efficient

Welding is all around us. It binds together the metals to build structures essential to our everyday lives. However, beyond the visible sparks and strong connections, there's an aspect often underestimated: weld cleaning. Especially with stainless steels, proper weld cleaning not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the weld but also ensures its strength, durability, and overall quality.
